Of course, I also said that sometimes a fight at a city council meeting can be pretty entertaining. Mike laughed. He has a good sense of humor. But he also has a point. Like host a tribute to area veterans. The 2007 Jasper Holiday Salute to America's Veterans is this Saturday. Parade participants will start lining up at 6 p.m., and the parade kicks off at 7 p.m. Mike said the parade will make its way down Grand Street and loop around the ball fields on the southwest part of town.
